Buyer Team ("we", "us", or "our") operates the buyer-team.com website and the Buyer Team autonomous AI procurement platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our site or request a demo.

Information we collect

When you submit a demo request, we collect the name, work email address, company name, and role you provide. We also collect basic browser metadata (user agent, timezone, screen resolution) and approximate location (country/region) derived from your IP address to help us understand our visitor geography and qualify leads. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates, and if your browser sends a Do-Not-Track or Global Privacy Control signal we skip the IP-based location lookup entirely.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use it for advertising.

Data storage

Demo request data is transmitted via EmailJS and stored in our team email. We retain it for as long as necessary to manage the sales relationship. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Third-party services

This site uses Google Fonts (fonts served from Google's CDN) and EmailJS (for demo request submission). Both services have their own privacy policies. Google Fonts does not set cookies when used with the display=swap parameter.
